Joseph C Wheeler MRAeS, LLB, BA (Psy) (UWA), GDip LP, GCert Air & Space Law, NMAS Mediator
Joseph is the Principal and Legal Practice Director of Wheeler Litigation Lawyers (WLL), and has experience in civil mass disaster, general business, administrative, criminal, regulatory disputes, trans-national and interstate litigation as well as international law. Also, as a mediator and aviation industry advocate, he is committed to the kind of dispute resolution where clients secure a win on terms defined by them.
Joseph also heads Australia's Air & Space Lawyers, focusing specifically on the aviation industry and it's participants.

Scott Schneider
Scott is Special Counsel with WLL, previous director of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand and current member of the International Institute of Space Law. For several years Scott led the regulatory team at an Australian launch services company where he obtained the country’s first commercial space launch licenses. Beyond his achievements in law reform and writing on the benefits of space, Scott teaches law and economics to undergraduates and MBA students across a number of universities.
